Where’s Waldo the Peanut Butter Mystery

Locating the peanut butter in our pantry is like a game of ‘Where’s Waldo’. I know it’s in there somewhere, but where? There’s at least one jar in the pantry, I’ve made sure to not run out. But since I stand there searching for the jar for several minutes I begin to wonder if maybe I had forgotten to buy a new jar. I love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, though I don’t eat them all the time, so the jar tends to get shuffled around the cupboard…a lot.

When I don’t feel like cooking something for lunch I make myself a PB&J sandwich. My grandmother can’t see how I can eat them. I simply tell her that they got me through boot camp, so they’re not that bad. I literally would choose to make myself a PB&J over the slop that was served in boot camp. The love for peanut butter runs in my family. My grandpa would put it in his ice cream; I put it on my waffles. I use to eat peanut butter on vanilla wafers as a snack…oh, that actually sounds good right about now, with a tall glass of milk.

What do you lose in your cupboard or pantry?

So your jar of peanut butter would stick out because of its size. 🙂 I think I should buy a bigger size as well. I’m the only one in this house now that eats peanut butter.
